Traditional Spanish Chrome-Tanned Buffel Side

This Spanish leather is chrome-tanned in a family run tannery from the province of Toledo, that produces high quality leathers with the distinctive handmade character of traditional Spanish leather.

The Chrome-Tan Buffel Side is machine finished and dyed on the surface showing the characteristic chrome green in the center of the thickness, with a generous hand of fatty oils to make it souple and even more weather resistant. It is used by top saddle and bridle makers across Spain for heavy duty and outdoor gear like cattle collars, guarddog collars, headstalls, straps for all weather use ... 

As with all B-grade leathers, occasional superficial marks and imperfections are possible, but stay minimal and are easily worked around.
