Alex started his Leathercrafting journey in 2014 while recovering from surgery, soon he found a passion for leathercraft and became part of Tandy Leather UK.
Representing Tandy Leather online and in person, he got to spend some time with leathercraft elite like Jim Linell, attend multiple Craft shows, equine events and conventions around the world, including the first ever Makers Central back in 2018, as an on stand demonstrator!
After the closure of Tandy UK in 2019, Alex’s Leather craft journey continued: from working with prestigious drinks brands to watch companies, but never moving away from teaching all those who will listen, the heritage art of leather crafting.
He has been on stage at Makers Central as a Creator/ Demonstrator for the last 4 years, and to celebrate half a decade of teaching and inspiring others at this show, we have teamed back up and are sponsoring his sweepstake and onstage giveaways, and providing an extra surprise exclusively for Makers Central attendees.
